I recently visited the Newcastle store for a bikini fitting and had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Izzy. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease and took so much time and care ensuring I was comfortable and happy with the fit. Her knowledge and warm, professional manner really stood out—she genuinely wanted to help me find something that suited me, and her recommendations were spot-on. Despite spending a lot of time trying on different styles and finding a top I loved, I wasn’t able to make a purchase that day as the matching bottoms weren’t available in-store due to an issue following a recent fire. I felt awful not being able to buy after all her help, but Izzy was so understanding and continued to be kind and helpful right to the end. This was truly some of the best customer service I’ve experienced, and I just wanted to recognise and thank Izzy for going above and beyond.

Had such a wonderful time finding the lingerie for my wedding. Have always been a loyal bravissimo customer, but knew I had a challenge to find the right bra with good support to go under a lace top. Atike and her front of house team made the environment so welcoming, included my sisters in the process and found multiple perfect options in a far shorter time than I was expecting. Live in the North West, but would travel back to shop here again as was such a lovely, personal experience and if I’d had more time would have quite happily revamped my whole bra collection!
