The awards are voted for by shoppers at Newcastle’s Eldon Square shopping centre and recognise brands that have gone the extra mile to provide an exceptional customer experience.

With over 135 other retailers up for the award, we fought off tough competition to take home the Highly Commended for Excellence in Customer Service award – and we couldn’t be happier!
