I think these work well for a bra tightener. I bought some 30 band size bras and realised they could have been a little tighter. I couldn’t return them for a 28 band size so I wanted to try these tighteners. I think initially it is a little fiddly getting them in place. Make sure the metal is on your skin comfortably. But once they are I think it works well and holds in place. There is a metal that runs that keeps them in place which is visible. So I would only use these if I did have my bra band showing. But this works well for the types of bras I’m using these for.

Sadly I haven’t been able to use them as they don’t fit the non-wired bras I have for pregnancy.

The bra I wanted these for has a three hook fastening and whilst I managed to pull the attachment through, the tight et didn’t stay put. Can’t see them working too well with a two hook bra either but I haven’t tried that yet

Put on a bit of weight and have about 6 bravissimo bras that are too good to throw away. Bought this as supposed to work as an extender as well as a tightener. Previous reviewer was happy with this product as a tightener. Fair enough but as an extender these just don’t work. Very difficult to attach in the first instance, once attached they just slide of so unfortunately of absolutely no use and not exactly cheap.

There is a knack to using the Rixie Clip and it’s good that they include a leaflet with diagrams in case you are in an area where the internet does not work very well and the video clip keeps buffering! It certainly does tighten up a stretched old bra band although it also works very well as a bra extender too. I have tried it successfully with both Gossard and Panache bras. It is a worthwhile buy if you fluctuate slightly between sizes as it does give you wiggle room. It can dig in painfully if you tighten your band too much but you learn not to do that!
