The shoulder seams at the top of the cup are itchy and I don't care for black, but other than that, it does the job.

This bra is very compressing which I'm not used to and so wearing it for half a day is enough. It cuts a bit under my arms too but it dies do what I needed it to do and that is support and lift me

Excellent sports bra for high impact sports. It comes up small and is a bit tight, but comfortable. What you need to avoid bounce.

This is a basic necessity, rather than pretty item, however after trying on a huge number of sport bra’s this was by far the most supportive for a 32GG when moving or running. Quite small to fold up for going to the gym rather than padded or underwires versions. Squashed rather than enhances, and comes up very high at the front, do not suitable u see a vest to, but I guess that’s what gives support.

It fits very similar to a the freya dynamic sports bra. Not shown in the photos, but it does have a clip to fasten to make it cross at the back. Band is a little firm in my usual size but loosens off.

The Aspen high impact sports bra is supportive and stops the dreaded bounce during exercise. However, as I live alone, fastening the bra proved a little tricky. Other than that, I would recommend this bra.
