Started the couch 2 5k and this is a life saver to stop the girls on their independant jogging.

This fits very well. A little tight around the curve under my arm for the first few wears- but if it is comfy now- it will give a little too much later on.

Love the shock absorber - just got my new one - have been wearing them for years and have never found one that does a better job as far as I’m concerned!

I have been wearing Shock Absorber bras for years and find them brilliant.

This is a great bra which offers both comfort and support. My only issue related to the back size - I usually wear 36 but ordered this in a 38 but it was still too small and I have to use a bra extender inset piece to fasten it up. Really good support under pressure though and find it comfortable to wear.

These are absolutely the best bras for running, but the sizing is really small, and even between shock absorber styles the sizing is not consistent, which makes it tricky to order online. Once you find the right size though it’s a game-changer

It’s the most comfortable and supportive sports bra I’ve tried! I do hiit workouts and whilst there is some movements it’s not like my boobs are bouncing up and down!
