Did you know we don't use tape measures at Bravissimo? Instead we fit by eye as knowing how a bra should look and feel is the best way to find your most comfortable fit - here's how…
How do you know if your bra fits right?
1
How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.
2
Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.
3
How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

Order at least one if not two back sizes up. Strap adjusters tend to slip during the day (had to put a stitch in). Great that the front comes up high, but definitely not for high impact (wouldn't even wear for spinning) but good for every day wear when you want comfort.

Great as a crop top and alternative to everyday bra. I love the fact that occasionally I can wear a non wired cotton bra. It is supportive enough for light exercise, but super comfy for those of us who are well endowed. I wear it for gardening.
I bought a band size bigger and a cup size smaller

the bra is very comfortable and still supportive. Its not the prettiest but with the other advantages the style is not too important for me

I have seen a few reviewers who seemed confused by the term 'impact free' - it does not mean you will be so well supported that it feels like there is no impact, it means that the bra is not designed for high impact activities.
And for this purpose, it is amazing! I needed something for work with high coverage, supportive, comfortable, but not 'smushing' in the same way as a regular sports bra. This bra fits the bill exactly. Just jogging on the spot causing a LOT of uncomfortable bounce, so anything more active than walking or cleaning would, I imagine, not be the easiest in this bra.
I definitely agree with other reviewers that the band size comes up small. I am usually a 30 band but ordered a 32 - this fits me well, but if you don't want a tight band in any way, I would consider going two band sizes bigger.
I do really love where the neckline is on this bra - I have absolutely no cleavage with it, which means that while working outdoors in summer, or for activities like yoga, I won't be spilling out the top in any way.
Straps too far apart but good lounging bra3 out of 5 stars

I agree with many of the reviewers here. The back size is too small - I’m currently a 34J/ 34JJ and had to get the 38 back, so go up 2 band sizes. In no way is this a high impact sports bra as it doesn’t offer enough support. For support I buy the fabulous Panache underwired sports bra. What this is really good for is just lounging and wearing around the house, and is the first soft cup bra I have found that gives decent lift and separation. Apart from the strange band sizing, my only other gripe is that the straps are so far apart at the back! This is very odd and puts a lot of tension on your shoulders - so please sort out this design flaw, Royce.
