Did you know we don't use tape measures at Bravissimo? Instead we fit by eye as knowing how a bra should look and feel is the best way to find your most comfortable fit - here's how…
How do you know if your bra fits right?
1
How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.
2
Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.
3
How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

This is my new favorite bra! It is very soft and fits really well (I sized up in the back as recommended). It is so comfortable I will be wearing it outside of exercise as well! I love that it is made out of cotton and therefore feels really breathable and doesn't rub the skin as primarily synthetic bras can sometimes. It offers enough support for activities like yoga and pilates, however, I don't think it is suitable for high impact sports like running. But since that isn't my jam anyway, I don't mind at all. Highly recommend.

Let me start off by saying that NOT EVERY ONE IS THE SAME!! I've read a review from someone who is the same size as me and their experience is different to mine, so take that as you will... 9/10! Amazing Non-Wired Sports Bra! DISCLAIMER I have been fitted by Bravissimo in store and they did tell me that I am a 34K which felt way to small for me at the time (I could barely get bras on) so I bought everything in a 36K. Now I've lost a lil weight, my bras aren't fitting me as well now, so I've taken their advice and actually ordered my correct size. Fit/Support - Personally I prefer my sports bras to be a lil tight - I need to feel extra supported because the boys like to try and get away from me every time I run or jump.
In terms of the band around my waist, it's perfect, I can still get it on/off, and that's all I need. I do get a tiny bit of spillage from the outer sides of the bra, but I wear loose fitting t-shirts for exercise, so it doesn't bother me... The straps are giving me a little discomfort however when my boobs do move, like a tugging sensation on the shoulders. I can just loosen the straps if I wanted, but again, it feels like they're more supported if the straps are tight... This bra would be perfect for low-impact sports if you want 0 movement. But you have to remember the fact that gravity exists, and if you have bigger boobs, they are gonna move regardless of how 'well' fitting your sports bra is. So I will be using this bra for high-impacts sports too :) The movement isn't huge, my boobs don't bounce off of my chin like they usually do, so I'm happy! Style - Looks wise I really love how plain this is! I'm the type of person that LOVES to wear black but I don't mind the pink trim design, I think it's really cute. I do think that there should be more design options for those that like patterns and colours though. If you're looking for a sports bra that gives curvature and definition to your boobs then this isn't the bra for you as it's non-wired.

This is an essential item for me and I hope it never stops being available.
I agree, it does not provide that much support and the back does run small especially in the newer versions.
How I use this:
I am a very full 36K/KK cup, and have no hope of actually getting enough support from any sports bra. I have tried everything Bravissimo offers and many others.
What I do to be able to exercise is that I use this, in a 38 or 40K on top of a Panache Envy bra.
It does help with bounce and with keeping things together, provides some extra support, while the "real" work is still done by the wired Envy.
I think that's a reasonable compromise for most past an HH cup or so.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer last year and went for a therapeutic mammoplasty but only had one boob done (the other being done in a few weeks), so am very lopsided at the moment.
My breast nurse advised get a sports bra that doesn't offer too much support and having looked online I came across this one.
I was either a 32/34 HH but had to go with 36H as it was very tight around the back.
Saying that, I'll be getting it again in a smaller cup size for my next surgery

After reading comments on back size too small I ordered one size up but there was no way this was going to fit even with bra extender. Most disappointed as they on go up to back size 40. I'm a 38 so would need a 42. The bra that came was a 40 and it was size of a 36 even on the very last bra fastening. Sent it back.

I used to own this bra a few years ago and loved it. Went to get a replacement recently and the band was so small I couldn't even get it anywhere near done up on the loosest fit.
Went for a fitting recently and am now in between a 34 and 36 so I ordered this I'm a 36JJ and 38J. Even the 38 will barely do up, it's so tight I can't breathe so I'm going to have to go up another band size! Seems like they've changed the sizing drastically so bear in mind that the band size comes up extremely small when ordering.

I sooo wanted to love this bra. I didn’t order it from Bravissimo and have since returned it in favour of the Orbit and Shock Absorber D+ Max Sport bras ordered from Bravissimo. I was looking for a crop top style bra to wear to yoga. It was perfect in terms of coverage but I found that the cups were so wide apart that most of my boobs ended up under my armpits (albeit still nicely covered) - and because I have a narrow back they could also be seen from behind! Not the look I was going for. As other reviewers have said there is absolutely no support - so it might work for some for yoga but it didn’t pass my bounce test in terms of high impact activities. Fabric felt comfy but that’s about all I can say.

I FINALLY don’t have the double-boob problem as the neckline is much higher than other bras so I can finally bend down and pick things up and not have to readjust the ladies (having a young family, I spend my life doing this). Day-to-day wear this is the BEST bra ever. I will be buying more. But not for sport - the minute I have to run for anything they bounce uncomfortably (securely in place still) so I would never wear for exercise (except maybe yoga?) Shock Absorber is still the best, if Royce could match on fabric stiffness it would be a perfect bra, hence 4 stars not 5.
