Did you know we don't use tape measures at Bravissimo? Instead we fit by eye as knowing how a bra should look and feel is the best way to find your most comfortable fit - here's how…
How do you know if your bra fits right?
1
How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.
2
Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.
3
How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

I had long given up on something comfortable to wear at night, but decided to give this a try after reading the reviews. This is so comfortable and soft. It gives enough support to wear around the house and answer the door. I shall be ordering the grey colour too.
Thankyou to bravissimo for the 50% nhs discount it’s lovely to come home after a long shift and put on a comfy bra.

This arrived today and I have to say it's the most comfortable bra I have ever worn, it truly is. I was a bit suspicious that the look of this would be supportive enough but it actually is and I was really surprised that it also gives me a good shape too, moreso than a normal bra. I will definitely be buying more of these in the future. Thank you so much for such a fab and supportive and more important, comfortable design.

I have a very painful chronic health condition so only wear a proper bra if leaving the house. At home, I’ve been wearing bralets but they give little support, the underbands aren’t strong enough, and many of them don’t fasten at the back. Cue an ad for the new lounge bra... they didn’t have it in my size but I was interested enough to browse similar styles and found the Cami Sleep Bra. It’s honestly The Best Bra Ever! Modern jersey fabric, shaped cups, back fastening (padded) and straps that are wider on the top of the shoulders. It is easily as comfy as a bralet but provides more shape and support, and I don’t have to step into it! I’ve seen reviews mentioning monoboobs but, to be honest, I don’t expect amazing ‘lift and separate’ or a fab cleavage from a sleep/lounge/comfort bra! I’ve just been online and ordered another one, and I’ll definitely be recommending it to friends.

I ordered this after seeing it on the website whilst browsing for a sports bra. My days, I am so glad I did. During lockdown I have hated wearing one around the house but after going days without I decided I needed support. It arrived this morning, I've put it on and I'm not afraid to answer the door without my arms covering myself. I just wish there was more in stock so I could order more and in different colours. The only downside is the elastic strap at the bottom does roll over sometimes depending on the position. I'm looking forward to wearing it tonight too.

Now I was a bit sceptical about the actual need for a sleep bra, was it really necessary or just another thing to put on before bed etc. However I have to say I love this bra. It is so comfy, when I have finished work I love to put it on with my joggers and relax. it also keeps them in check and keeps them supported. it’s the kind of thing you think you don’t need but you really do...I cannot recommend highly enough!

I’m a generous size 18 with an underbust measurement which can range from 36 to 40 dependent on style and make of bra or if I’ve been eating less nice food! With Bravissimo I buy around 38 back - which I did with this one when I bought my first one (38FF). My boobs look gorgeous in this - considering it’s a full cup etc. and I feel it’s quite youthful (I’m 56 so I like youthful!). I agree I did suffer roll up around the band - so have now bought a 40FF. This fits wonderfully- no roll - but as with another reviewer I felt it was very full (not monoboob on me though).
So I’m going to buy a 40F and see how that is. The fact that I’m prepared to buy a 3rd one should be recommendation. I will keep smaller ones for when I feel thinner!!
All in all I’m happy!

I am a bigger size so I do find non underwired hard to fit. If like me though you need support around the side boob this is not for you. I found this bra useless to be honest, there's no lift, the elastic curls underneath as soon as I lifted my arms. There's absolutely no shape and the straps only adjust half strap so I couldn't even get a good fit on my shoulders. If you are smaller I think you'd have more joy but buy a back size smaller would be my advice as its quite large. I think I'm going to have to give up on non wired bras, they are never in stock in my size in store and whenever I order they fit and look terrible.

I’m a 30E and I was super excited to get a 30E/F, which I assumed would be a bit forgiving. I’m really disappointed. This gives the worst, most uncomfortable monoboob of any bra ever: the puppies are plastered together in the middle of my chest - there’s no give at the sides at all. When I take it off my breasts ache at the sides. There is also a bit of roll to the chest band, though not so much that I would care at all if the girls had breathing space. Far from undersupportive, this bra oversupports so my whole front is a single, solid lump. Do not recommend.
