Did you know we don't use tape measures at Bravissimo? Instead we fit by eye as knowing how a bra should look and feel is the best way to find your most comfortable fit - here's how…
How do you know if your bra fits right?
1
How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.
2
Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.
3
How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

love the fact that bravissimo is trying to make a plunging smooth tee shirt bra, which bigger boobs too can have but this is my third time returning after purchase it is still too small for my size.

So I bought this bra two years ago whilst on a shopping trip in Chester, when it came time to buy a new bra I knew I had to have it again! It's comfortable, pretty, gives great support, is silky so it wears really well under clothes. Because of its fit and support it makes me feel and look slimmer, which is always a plus! I feel like it's just slightly retro and that feels great to someone who loves the 40s and 50s aesthetics! Would strongly recommend!!

This is such a gorgeous bra. The satin fabric makes it look and feel so luxurious. It is also very well constructed so I am sure it will be in my wardrobe for a long time. My only wish is that they would come out with more colors other than the basics.

Finally a lower cut bra in a larger cup size! That alone makes it worth buying, as there are no other low cut alternatives for K and L cups. This is my all day, everyday bra, as it is the only one that doesn't show over the top my necklines.
It stretches out of shape within a day or two, so that the wires at the front don't sit flat against my chest, and pull forward. But I find that all K and L cup bras do that , and a smaller back size is just too tight to do up even on the loosest hooks.
This means that the apex of the cups pulls to the sides, and due to the shape of the cups, it makes my breasts look a little like they are splayed out to the sides, rather than forward facing. Not great, but a compromise I am willing to make. All four ends of the wires burst through the seams within a month, but I stitched some quilted fabric over the bra seams where each of the wires end, which provide the necessary protection.
There is not such thing as a truly comfortable bra in my size, just a question of choosing whichever one is the least painful and gives enough lift and decent shape... Tick!

only reason I bought this bra was because I already had one in black and was the only bra that provides support and looks good, and needed another. So good I got it twice!

Great bra, as soon as I tried it on it felt lovely straight away, colour is ideal as it's neither too light or dark, all in all a good buy, I'd definitely buy another in the future.
