Running, cycling, playing rounders! As an older woman, I hate wearing sports bras that give a mono-boob. This is comfortable enough to wear all day and good enough to support me. It even looks good enough to wear without a top if you are have right shape, size and confidence

My favourite sports bra ever.

I have worked out in this a few times, and it keeps my breasts secured and supported whilst working out. The fact that it's wired means that theres also a good seperation. I've deucted one star as I think the straps could be a little wider- one of mines rolls sometimes which is annoying, but I am still able to work our in it.

I was experiencing chafing with my usual sports bra and decided to try this one. It is extremely secure and no chafing at all! Good for very high impact.

First, the shape! not like other sports bras, this one gives a nice round shape. In my opinion, it's for low/medium impact, but still a great bra. The cup fits perfectly! The material is soft and comfortable. we need more colors for that one!
