Did you know we don't use tape measures at Bravissimo? Instead we fit by eye as knowing how a bra should look and feel is the best way to find your most comfortable fit - here's how…
How do you know if your bra fits right?
1
How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.
2
Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.
3
How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

Very comfortable and soft, looks pretty in pink shade. Came up slightly bigger than other bralettes purchased in same size, therefore is least supportive. Will only wear around the house, not enough support to wear out

This is my most comfortable bra. At nearly 60, I gave up on wearing underwired bras a few years ago. This bra works well to wear throughout the day. I do get sore shoulder marks, but with my cup size, cannot be helped.
This bra washes well and air dries easily. I went up a back size to allow for more cup space.

It fits, a little snugly and then the straps cut in to the shoulders really painfully. Shame as it is a very pretty bra. If the straps were adjustable it might be better. As it is it is the bra is so painful on the shoulders that I just can't wear the bra.

I absolutely fell in love with the look of this, and bought the nightdress as well. The night dress fits like a dream and actually provides good support, but this set is one I’ll give to Goodwill. The bralette provides absolutely zero support while the straps dig uncomfortably. The fit is not good for me; band is on the smallest hooks and cups spill out if you slightly bend over. If you’re standing still, it’s alright(ish), but still far from ideal. And the panties are just weird. They’re literally the same front and back, so if you’ve got anything behind, the edges kind of ruffle (they’re not elastic or a contoured cut) and the front bunches up. I’m honestly not sure this entire set was tested on real people. Disappointing, since it is gorgeous, and the nightgown fits like a dream.

I thought this bralette was really comfortable in the shop so I bought it. I realised after wearing it at home that it does not support my large boobs at all. It also rolls up at the front. All in all very uncomfortable to wear.
