Went to the Oxford St branch yesterday (03/08/25). Got there quite early before the crowds started and as usual had a great experience. Didn't have to wait long before I was called a greated by my lovely fitter Luyando. She was kind, wrote stuff down gor me and had the patience of a saint, bless her!! Thank you Lu, you made trip worthwhile and I got a lovely new bra :)

After feeling very low and depressed about my sizing of my chest, not being able to find the right bra which was very much needed whilst visiting Cardiff this weekend I popped into Bravissimo requested a bra fitting. I was booked in Megan E was absolutely amazing explained the process of fitting after trying on three or four bras, Megan E had found the perfect fit it felt life changing my boobs felt well supported and my posture was perfect, I was absolutely delighted felt like a new woman wearing the correct fitted bra, I couldn’t thank Megan E enough had to give a massive hug how much of a difference it makes when you have the right fitting bra.
