As the Supply and Merchandising Manager, my role is very varied and involves working with most of the other departments at Bravissimo which is great! I work closely with the Buying and Technical teams to ensure we are buying the best balanced ranges we can for our customers. I also review sales and sizing analysis to see if we can spot any patterns in orders to help build future ranges!

My role at Bravissimo is to ensure that the applications we create in IT are hosted in a secure and reliable way. I love working at Bravissimo as it is a company with a clear idea of what we want to do, and everyone within the company embodies that and is truly trying to make a difference.

I plan and execute all of the photoshoots at Bravissimo working closely with the Design and Brand teams to bring the seasonal campaigns to life through imagery and videos! I love working at Bravissimo because no matter what your role is, our customers are at the heart of it. Knowing that we are supporting thousands of women to feel confident and uplifted is so motivating. There is a great culture at Bravissimo, you really do get to know everyone so well and make lasting friendships.
