How do I pay using my gift card?

You have a gift card? Great! We really hope you enjoy spending it.

Here’s how to use it:

  • Find the code (it’s on the gift card, where it says 'Voucher Code')

  • Go to the checkout with your cart full of lovely things

  • Keep going through the checkout until you reach the bit where you pay and hit "redeem a gift voucher"

  • Enter the code and you're good to go!

  • If you don't redeem the full amount, we will send you a new gift card by email for the difference.

We are sorry to say that we are not able to accept gift cards that have been purchased via our website in our New York store at the moment. You can visit our Soho shop to buy gift cards to use instore.

I’ve ordered an electronic gift card, how long will it take to reach me?

An electronic gift card will be sent directly to you by email and should be with you within 24 hours of ordering. If you haven't received it in this time frame, please check your junk mail just in case before getting in touch.

Can I have an electronic gift card sent directly to a different person?

Not just yet, but we're working on it! Your electronic gift card will be sent to your registered email address, and can easily be forwarded to the lucky recipient.

How long are gift cards valid?

Our gift cards are redeemable immediately after purchase and valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can only be redeemed once.

The original gift card must be presented at the point of purchase when being redeemed. Unfortunately, we can’t accept a photocopy or photo of the gift card, so please make sure you keep your original gift card(s) safe.

I have been given a gift card but I am not a Bravissimo bra size, what can I do?

Are you really sure you’re not a Bravissimo bra size?! Many women who come to us for fitting advice discover that they are actually a D cup or above and if someone has bought you a gift voucher, they could well be dropping you a hint that they think you are a Bravissimo girl! We’d be delighted to help you find out either way so please either give us a call at +1 877 826 3857. We offer a wide choice of styles so even if you’re not a Bravissimo girl, there’s every chance that you will be able to find something to treat yourself to.

If I pay by gift card and don’t spend the full value, how will I be refunded?

If you pay using a an electronic gift card, we will send you a new electronic gift card for the difference by email.

Can I get a refund or exchange my gift card for cash?

No, our gift cards can’t be exchanged for cash and they are non-transferable and non-refundable.

I’ve lost my gift card, what can I do?

Please call our Customer Services team at +1 877 826 3857 and we’ll do all we can to help and we’ll try to re-issue it for you. In order to do this we will need as much information from you as possible about the original purchase of your gift card.

We’re sorry to say that if you’re not able to tell us anything about the original purchase, we may not be able to track it down or re-issue it.

Do you charge sales tax on gift cards?

No, we don't charge sales tax on Bravissimo Gift Cards or Electronic Gift Cards but if the shipping address is in a state or locality with sales tax, items paid for with gift cards are subject to that tax.
