Do I need to book a virtual fitting?

We’ve made some changes to our virtual bra fittings to make it even easier and quicker to get help finding your feel-good fit! You no longer need to book an appointment to have a virtual fitting. Simply click here, and then click the 'fitting help' button and select the virtual fitting option to have a video call with one of our friendly fitters.

What happens during the virtual fitting?

Your fitter will introduce themselves and they will support you to find your feel-good fit, all measuring by eye because we believe that you’re more than a measurement (no tape measures here!). They’ll use the bra you’re wearing as a starting off point so they can guide you through the different sizes, styles and shapes to try. They’ll listen to any questions you have and tailor the advice for your needs, whether it’s strapless bras or bra-sized swimwear you’re looking for we’re here to support you to feel confident in how to find your feel-good fit and recognising what a good fit looks like.

How can you tell my bra size over a camera with no measuring tape?

It might surprise you to know that you won’t find tape measures at Bravissimo! Our boobs are wonderful 3D things, and we all have a unique shape – would you measure a pint of milk with a ruler?! For this reason, we don’t find using tape measures much use to measure your bra size. We’re all so much more than a measurement! Working out what bra size you are is more than being told which numbers and letters to wear; it’s about feeling amazing and being empowered to work out the size and styles that put a (well supported!) spring in your step.

Will the virtual fitting be safe and secure?

Yes! We are passionate about making your virtual fitting an uplifting experience and want you to feel as comfortable as possible. We would never record a virtual fitting and it’ll just be you and your fitter on the call. If you’re under 18 we ask for you to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Will I have to be undressed on the virtual fitting?

Our virtual fittings are exactly the same as our in-store fittings, just virtually! We will ask you to take off your top so your fitter can use the bra you’re wearing as a starting off point. If you don’t feel comfortable you can also wear a fitted item of clothing like a vest top.

What happens if I’m not comfortable having a virtual fit?

Do I have to buy anything in the virtual fitting?

No, you don’t have to purchase anything. Our virtual fittings are all about helping you find your feel-good fit not selling, but if you do spot a style you love, your fitter can put an order through for you. After your virtual fitting your fitter can send you a personalised email with details of your recommended size and style suggestions. If you decide you want to purchase something after your fitting you can get back in touch with your fitter, call customer services on +1 877 826 3857 or shop from our website, whatever works best for you!

How much does a virtual fitting cost?

Just like all our fitting options, our virtual fitting service is totally free of charge. We’ve been helping people work out what bra size to try for over 25 years and are passionate about making sure it’s an uplifting experience.

Can I have a virtual fitting to check the size of a new product purchased?

Yes, of course you can; virtual fittings are designed to help you find your feel-good fit! Plus, our fitters love to see the new goodies you have bought and help you work out if they are fitting well!

How do I check if the size the fitter recommends is right?

We would encourage you to have a follow-up virtual fitting (if you're buying something that day of course). Alternatively, you can get in touch with our customer services team on +1 877 826 3857, or pop into one of our shops where one of our friendly fitters can check the fit for you. This gives us the chance to make sure everything is fitting well and gives you the reassurance of a second opinion.

I'm disabled, can I be fitted virtually?

Absolutely - virtual fits are accessible fits. We'd recommend you have someone with you if you need help with hooks etc. and we can also use the chat function to help us along if needed. Please let us know before your fitting if you have any specific requirements and we will be more than happy to help!

Will I risk running out of time to return an item?

Don't worry, we have a very good returns policy so there should be plenty of time for your fits and any exchanges.
