How do you know if your bra fits right?

How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.

Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.

How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

I've always bought these bras for exercise and everyday wear...but since shock absorber have combined with Champion I find they now come up smaller in the cup. I was already getting the H cup but they don't go any higher than that.Very supportive

Best bra on the market for no bounce , but also your friends don’t move when you do.
After a motorbike accident in 2023 left me unable to put a bra on in the the normal way, the robust construction of this amazing shock absorber bra allows me to fasten at the waist, slide it around and slowly hoist the straps over my shoulders, without very little further adjustment, my oldest is probable more than 10 years old now and. it never loses it shape, just not so elastic nowPressure on my ribcage

I went up a back size as I’m normally a 34G but find sports bras can be really tight so I went up a back size to 36G and it is so tight I couldn’t even do it up34F
