How do you know if your bra fits right?

How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.

Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.

How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

This Shock Absorber is fantastic! It is tight, flattens my chest and is extremely supportive - exactly what I want when I’m running! I know other reviews suggest it’s not the most flattering to look at but I would choose support over looks in a sports bra every time! It does come up a little small so if you’re unsure of which band size to go for, I’d go for the larger one. I wear a 36HH or 38H and went for the 38H in this bra.Just like my previous one

Bought this on the heels of Oti Mabusi's advice; she couldn't have been more right - full support; allegro and grand allegro in a ballet class now a doddle!
