How do you know if your bra fits right?

How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.

Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.

How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

Being a very much larger lady who does a lot of bouncy exercise, this bra is great. Strong, with a wee hook thing on the straps so that they stay put/don't slide off my shoulders. I'd recommend this to anyone and will probably be buying another v soon.

I went for a fitting at the Cambridge store, and tried on quite a few bras. This one was definitely the one, I liked it a soon as I put it on. No overhang at the side, that's great for running as some bras can cause a bit of rubbing/chafing there. I need to do it up on the second hooks to get the support I need, and like another reviewer here I don't like 4 hooks much, but apart from that it's really comfortable. Nice thick straps give extra support. I bought one in store and ordered another in a different colour too so I can rotate them. Not such a struggle to get on as some other sport bras I've had.

This sports bra is amazing & would recommend it to anyone as it is very comfortable to wear on its own or under a t-shirt which I did for a recent event. I am quite a big girl & felt very secure & no bouncing around of my boobs. I bought the above one but believe it comes in different colours. Good idea to follow the size instructions on site as your guide.
