Finally arrived today and I’m super happy with it. Amazing support. With able crossing at the back to help with posture as well. It’s not the ‘prettiest’ but it’s definitely supportive.

This bra is very comfortable and supportive when cycling over rough ground. It is made of a light weight material so you don't get really hot in it (as in the shock absorber sports bra). And comfortable, didn't feel the need to take off straight away on return home. The back is large, so ordered one size smaller than usual in back and went up one cup size and it fits.

Very happy with this sports bra. I wear a 32DD so I am always looking for something that offers a lot of support, this is very comfortable when I’m doing a HIIT workout or go out for a run. One thing I would say is the back comes up quite big - I ordered a 32 and wear it on the tightest fitting so when it’s worn in it may be too big.

I have worn the Shock Absorber Multi Sport for years and needed a new one. Due to the sad demise of that bra (jiggle city) I had to look elsewhere and based on reviews decided to try the Dynamic. I initially ordered my usual 30GG but the back was so loose even on the tightest hook I could get two balled fists in there. So I returned for a 28H. The back is still huge and I have to wear it on the tightest hook. Unfortunately there was no smaller back size to try. Thank goodness for the racer back setting. Amazingly this bra still eliminates bounce better than the new shock absorber I also bought, although I don’t know how. If the sizing was not so ridiculously wrong then this would be a 5* AMAZING sports bra. Hopefully it will not go any looser with wearing and washing. Bravissimo, please feed back to Freya so they can sort the sizing out then we’d all be on to a winner.

I normally buy Shock Absorbers but, due to their current reviews, was looking for an alternative. I am also not normally a Freya girl but, as the reviews for this bra were so good, I took a chance and ordered blue/black. They are absolutely amazing sports bras, the best I have ever owned. I run, 5k, 10k races, mountain bike 3/4 times a week, hike long trails and these bras have never let me down. They are super comfortable, I have actually forgotten I am wearing one at the end of a long run rather than being desperate to get it off. They wash well, I use mine every day and they are still like new, and dry quickly. The design is very well thought through, the racer back clips at the backs even move up and down the straps, so you don't have to be a contortionist to get them on. There is absolutely no jiggle without feeling like my boobs are in a vise (take note Shock Absorber). 100% recommend these bras for anybody doing any sport.

Definitely get advice before ordering comes up big both in the cup and back.

I always buy Shock Absorber bras, as nothing else is as supportive when running. As there was money off I decided to give this new bra a try. Thank goodness I did. It will be my go to running bra from now on. Easy to put on, able to convert to racer back without contortions and utterly supportive and comfortable. Gives me a great shape too. Where has this been all my life?!

I am a 30 band and I was hoping to find something up to J and thanks to Freya I found this! it's true to size and the band very comfortable, I'd love it more colors please!
