Did you know we don't use tape measures at Bravissimo? Instead we fit by eye as knowing how a bra should look and feel is the best way to find your most comfortable fit - here's how…
How do you know if your bra fits right?
1
How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.
2
Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.
3
How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

This is the most beautiful bra I ever owned, but unfortunately the bra wires hurts at the end of themselves so much, between the breast and at the outside of my breast. I cannot wear this bra a whole workingday, no way.

The one negative that I can say is that the band is quite tight. The bra is still relatively new, so I want to give it more time, maybe I'll write an updated review after a month or two, but as of right now, the elastic digs primary on the soft skin below the underarm on your back. The support is surprisingly good given how stretchy the cup is, I love how comfy the cup feels but even though this is a balconette, it still gives a round shape to the breast that I don't love. As a result of the roundness, it doesn't direct the breast forward like say the Alana bra does. I bought it in both nude and black, it's nice to have in the rotation to break up the series of Alanas that I have, but the tight band is somewhat frustrating.

I tried this on in store in July and instantly loved it - I walked out wearing the black one, and ordered the nude one to be mailed to me (it was out of stock). The band was a little tight, it would kind of pinch at the sides after a few hours for the first couple of wears, but after a few weeks the band just became very loose. I thought maybe I'd lost weight, but my other bras that I bought at the same time still fit very well and my measurements were pretty much the same still. It's a shame, because the bras really are lovely - both pretty and comfortable (the short while between pinching tight & a size too big), and they give a great shape, but I can barely stand wearing them anymore since I keep having to tighten the straps despite fastening on the tightest hook. I'm very tempted to buy it a size down in the band though I suspect it'd be quite painful initially if the 32" band pinched so much when new, so maybe not..

After reading other reviews online I was unsure abouth the envy bra but decided to give it a try anyway, so glad I did! Very comfotable no problems with underwires and perfect fit and support, maybe even slightly minimising. The only problem I have with this bra is that it isn't available in white!!!

I bought this bra in store after being fitted for it. I loved the shape it gave and was very happy when left the store. After wearing for a day I was in pain! I couldn't wait to get home and take it off... When i looked in the mirror the wire sits funny under the arms and i had 2 bruises, one on each side. I then thought maybe i didn't wear it properly tried again second day readjusting the location of wire and same thing. It is my size as i bought a little big in order to have space to grow into to. I was fitted so am sure the size is correct. Sooo disappointed... Cannot wear again, total waist of money:(

Absolutely perfect bra for my shape and size - gives beautiful uplift and shape, very discreet under even fairly low cut clothes and not too textured.. But I've had to buy strap protectors because the shoulder straps are so uncomfortable! When new, they tend to cut in because they are so narrow, but after a few washes and wears, they start to curl and dig in. Perhaps the larger sizes with the padded straps are more comfortable - if so, can they please extend this to the smaller cup sizes!

I found this bra disappointing. I don't particularly like the style and fabric. It is very comfortable to wear, but does not give me the same support as other Panche bras.

I bought this as I wear black for work and it is the comfiest bra I've ever had! By the end of the day I don't have that urge to get it off that I did with others. It also makes you rounder and (I think!) improves my figure!
