Did you know we don't use tape measures at Bravissimo? Instead we fit by eye as knowing how a bra should look and feel is the best way to find your most comfortable fit - here's how…
How do you know if your bra fits right?
1
How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.
2
Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.
3
How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

Very strange design2 out of 5 stars

I somehow did not realize the under wire is ONE long piece. These is no separation between the two cups and it makes the bra itself strange to wear. I wear a 36FF and am curvy. . . the wire provides little to no give when you move or turn your body and I just did not expect a bra that requires me to constantly look forward to be comfortable. The band also comes up very short I could have gone up at least one, maybe two band sizes due to the total lack of stretch. I was hoping this would be a nice bra for work from home and that is not going to happen.
On the upside - I love the plunge and think it's very sexy if you stand like a Barbie doll. I do think that this would be fabulous on smaller chested women or women who are naturally thinner. Since I am neither of those things I would not make this purchase again.

Having read the mixed reviews for this bra, I thought I would give it a try. The 32F was too small and not enough of my boob was in the cup and would definitely have spilled out in the middle if I’d tried to move around in it. I kept the comfy briefs and exchanged the bra for a 32FF. It fits really well, feels comfortable so far anyway and gives my boobs a great shape, as the design comes up high at the sides, so containing any side overspill and pushing them towards the centre for a bit of “oomph”! I agree with the reviewer who remarked that storage is awkward due to the underwire being continuous and not foldable, but I have managed to fit it in my bra drawer behind all the others at the back, so am keeping it. I haven’t worn it yet, so can’t comment on long-term comfort, so have only given it four stars for this reason.

Only leaving 4 starts because the center gore (bridge?) is rigid meaning it takes a bit more space to store. I could have returned it but I really like how it fits!

I have gotten so many great bras from Bravissimo. Five stars for Bravissimo overall. But I am not exaggerating when I say that this is the worst bra I have ever tried on. On the model, it looks so cute, but it will only work for completely self-supporting breasts. I am in my mid-30s, have breastfed... I need support. This bra is about as effective as taping little bit of lace over my nipples. Truly awful.

I needed a plunge style to fit an outfit I was wearing
Perfect for that, but so uncomfortable if you sat down & the underwire pressed in & rubbed so much it blistered my skin 😔
