Did you know we don't use tape measures at Bravissimo? Instead we fit by eye as knowing how a bra should look and feel is the best way to find your most comfortable fit - here's how…
How do you know if your bra fits right?
1
How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.
2
Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.
3
How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

Very supportive yet not feeling granny like. I ordered a second one. I want more colors! It has good seperation- no chance of uniboob. Love love the front clasp. Straps come up around neck like a razorback so it show with tank tops or boat neck style types otherwise I'd only wear this style.

In pictures Hallie looked like an improvement to Claudia with a back a more like Gossard Superboost Lace Bralette. In reality not. It is like Claudia, and also its sizing is the same – and at least for me it fits as perfectly as Claudia did by going up a band size.
The original black Claudia had a clasp that was not as pretty as these current ones, but it functions. Claudia also had an extraordinarily good material, I still wear my black one when I want ultimate comfort – I must have worn it for at least 700 days, ‘cause it marginalized all my other bras since its day one :-).
But back to that clasp: in my bright cobalt Claudia it just broke, I was sitting and it was kind of gone. After very little use, band was not tight, for me 36 is rather a bit comfy. Manufacturing mistake or poor material? Don’t know.
I truly hope that won’t happen with this worryingly similar clasp of Hallie. Hallie is definitely worth buying even though not an improvement to Claudia, and seems to take Claudia's place in making my other bras to stay in closet :-).
Please bring neutral colors as well, with a more reliable clasp – and it'll rise to five stars!

Love the shape and cut of this bra and have had compliments on it but have had a couple of occasions when the clasp has come undone….would love it to be a little more secure.

I love this bra. I would buy loads if they had different colours.
Straps don’t dig in shoulders. Very comfy. Boobs stay in place and I am a 34GG in this bra. Normally 36G.
I found I needed a smaller back and bigger cup size. It feels bit strange at first, as the clip at front holds you very firm. But it’s just a totally different hold. Great with high neck open sleeved dresses that are around at present.
Very pretty back.
Pleeeeease more colours!

Really like this bra. Very comfortable to wear. Love the front fastening as one of my arms is sore to fasten a normal bra so this is ideal.

Didn't intend to buy this as I was looking for pale colour but nothing available in my size that fit propoerly. I bought this instead because it was similar to the Claudia, which is one of my go-to styles. I wear the Claudia in an H cup also.
Although it looks pretty much the same there are a few points of difference. Firstly the mesh fabric is much "heavier" and less stretchy. This makes it a bit itchy especially around the back. It also seems to make the cups come up smaller - although it seemed OK when I first put it on I do have more tendancy to fall out of them during the day. Can't go up a cup size as I'm already in the maximum.
Second niggle is that the only bits that AREN'T firm is the loops that hold the clasps in place. The clasps slide around on them (like those annoying handbag staps on D rings that always slip sideways) so they don't always sit right. I find the clasp a bit more fiddly to do and undo than the Claudia as well, and very stiff. Hopefully it will become less so with more wear.
In conclusion, I will wear it, but probably wouldn't buy more unless desparate. Given the scarcity of true low centre front bras (which is all I can wear) above a G cup, especially in pale colours thats not unlikely, but PLEASE BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL CLAUDIA!
