Did you know we don't use tape measures at Bravissimo? Instead we fit by eye as knowing how a bra should look and feel is the best way to find your most comfortable fit - here's how…
How do you know if your bra fits right?
1
How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.
2
Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.
3
How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

I love this. Comfortable and provides good shape. The seams show through clothes a little bit but it's ok. I would buy more of these if there were more colours available. I would also love bras like this to be available in more of a mesh/sheer design rather than lace.

Post right mastectomy and left reconstruction to match, this bra is the first one since surgery, to feel unnoticeable and my comfort is immense. I wish I had come to Bravissimo sooner but thought they did not do smaller sizes (having been a 34GG but they remeasured and we tried at least 20 different bras to get the right fit, and it turned out I’m now a 36D. I am so very grateful. This bra does not irritate the scar line and supports high up under my armpits. So comfy.

Having had to move from under wired bras for medical reasons I have found this the best bra. It is really comfortable, I now have 2 but need another, but I really don’t want the same colour again. Please increase colour choice

This bra is delicate and yet provides great support without the need for underwires. The band under the bust gives the comfort needed to prevent any sagging or dragging on the shoulder straps.

This was a good fit and the deep band ensured a good comfy bra. The only reason I return it was [for me] the straps were not long enough even fully extended and did not stretch sufficiently thereby pulling the back up.

This is a pretty fairly supportive bra on my older body
I've been quite active in it and so far so good with no red marks and yearning to chuck it across the room 🤣
I can't mark it down for shape as it's clearly a bralette not an underwired and that would be like buying a push up and expecting it to minimise, so I'm fairly happy with the look under t shirts for what it is.
