Love these, they are very comfortable and hold a lot of liquid which I need for sleeping. Would recommend to anyone who gets cramps from tampons as well or wants a more sustainable alternative to tampons and pads. Would recommend washing them out in the sink or putting directly into the washing machine though!Pleasantly surprised
