I sent this to customer services: I made a specific journey into Birmingham City Centre to visit the Bravissimo store on the hunt for a black bikini for my summer holidays. Upon entering the store, I was swiftly given a fitting appointment and looked after by a lady called Meg. She listened to my request and sized me up by eye, bringing out several types of brief bottoms and I was able to make my selection. Thanks to Meg, I have the perfect black bikini that I think I'm going to live in on holiday! She was brilliant. Please pass on my thanks as her customer service was exceptional. The only thing I’d change would be the swimming briefs to I could tan my lower back & bum more as I purchased the high leg briefs.

It seemed fine when I tried it on at home, but some discomfort when worn all day on holiday.

So glad I went into the store to try this on. I am a 34GG but needed to size up to a H as this came up small. I received so many compliments! Classic look, it is so comfortable and supportive that I even wear it as a bra! It was expensive but I could justify cost per wear! Sadly the matching bottoms did not reach my belly button so I had to return. However I managed to mix and match with another brand. A must have!!!! Love the support and look.

I bought my normal bra size 30FF. I'm a slow pool swimmer 50 lengths. Kept me supported and comfortable for swimming/sauna. I haven't had it too long to notice if there is any colour fade with the pool water. But happy with it so far....

Firstly I had my doubts about a bandeau top however the structure is smart, chic and supportive. The straps are available just in case extra support is needed at times. I also tried the deep brief not expecting too much. I was worried how it would look as I carry my weight in my lower half. Well I was delighted. The look is sophisticated and flattering. So impressed I bought another Bravissimo combo with deep briefs.

Absolutely perfect!

I was looking for a place to update my old review on this but couldn't find where so I will write a new one. Although this top didn't work for me, personally, I am blown away by their customer service! I didn't even ask for them to reach out to me, but they did after my original review and even though I insisted I didn't need to return the top because I had already cut my losses after having to wear it, they wanted me to anyway. Each time I emailed them they responded within a few minutes! I can't even express how that makes me feel! I am so used to never getting a response with other companies when I have an issue. They really stand out as a wonderful company so much that I will be happy to shop here again and again and have referred my friends here as well! Thank you for caring about your customers!
