How do you know if your bra fits right?

How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.

Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.

How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

I've chosen 'true to size' as an average. I went up a cup size, but the band stretched so much within the first 2 wears that I now wear it on the tightest hook all the time (even after washes). I've found this problem with most brands - except Freya, for some reason. I would go down to 30HH next time, and tolerate the first couple of days of discomfort with a too tight band.
I bought this in store, and tried the black one on too - much stiffer and consequently less comfortable/nice shape. Lady in store said this is due to the dyeing process. Just something to keep in mind!Bra
