How do you know if your bra fits right?

How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.

Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.

How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

I have not had surgery bra was suggested to me by the fitter - seemed comfortable at the time of fitting in the shop, however on wearing it later it was very uncomfortable and I felt very upset as I had spent over a Hundred pounds in total that day, but didn't get the skilled fitting that i had hoped for. The shop was extremely busy (Norwich) we were visiting the area. I intend to travel down to the Cambridge shop to return one of the bras that i have not warn and to complain and ask for another fitting , as i am a very unhappy and disappointed customer.Fabulous

So lovely to have a pretty post surgery bra after reconstruction. The stretch lace cups and band are really comfy. Fitted in store the fitters, especially in the Guildford store, are always so knowledgeable and kind and help us cancer gals feel ‘normal’ again!Not the best fit.

Do end up with mono boob situation, not the most comfortable and certainly not a smooth line under clothing. The non padded sleep bra I bought at the same time was so much more comfortable.Recently viewed
