Did you know we don't use tape measures at Bravissimo? Instead we fit by eye as knowing how a bra should look and feel is the best way to find your most comfortable fit - here's how…
How do you know if your bra fits right?
1
How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.
2
Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.
3
How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

I have only recently tried Bravissimo and after being measured and finally getting bras that fit well I will never go else where. This is the most comfortable and supportive bra I have ever owned. Keeps everything in place as well as providing a great lift.

I love the fit of this bra and the shape it gives. I have a narrow rib cage and this is the only bra I've found without uncomfortable wire sitting between my breasts. Also gives amazing support and looks great under a V neck

Fit fine but with crossover usage most uncomfortable as the straps are too short and I have had to extend them. I have arthritis in both arms and find it with the short strapsimpossible to fit and ALWAYS NEED HELP

Popped into my nearest Bravissimo store today for a Fitting and to purchase some new bras. It had been about 10 months since I bought my last bras and I felt like my shape had changed. I purchased the champagne and black Niya bras and would have also taken the new navy lace version had it been in stock in my size because I love this bra! It’s comfortable, supportive and flattering.
A 28H cup is perfect although in some other brands, I am a 28GG. If you haven’t tried this bra, it’s worth giving it a go.

I normally wear a 32H in Freya and other Bravissimo styles, on the last hook. But, the black Niya was too tight. When I called customer service to inquire about the fit issue, they explained that the black dye causes the fabric not to stretch as much as the other Niya colors. So, if you are considering buying the black Niya and are in between band sizes, I recommend you size up. I would have exchanged for the 34H, but kept my original purchase because I’m losing weight and want to have a fabulous bra to reduce into. Otherwise, the Niya is another Bravissimo winner! Very similar style to the Freya Deco plunge bra. But, the Freya Deco stops at a GG cup and the Niya has larger cup sizes available.
