How do you know if your bra fits right?

How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.

Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.

How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

This is my second review of the stellar Niya bra. I always feel so powerful in this bra, especially in black! My breasts have been changing size lately so I thought I ought to size down a band size. Nope. Horrid idea. This band is so firm and small, I couldn't even clasp it close.
Fit tip: Order the larger of your two sister size band sizes, and go up one FULL CUP SIZE. My usual size is 28GG/30G, so I ordered a 28H. Unfortunately, the band was way too tight, and the cup also too small. I will be reordering in a 30H!Nina bra
