Did you know we don't use tape measures at Bravissimo? Instead we fit by eye as knowing how a bra should look and feel is the best way to find your most comfortable fit - here's how…
How do you know if your bra fits right?
1
How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.
2
Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.
3
How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

Love this. White comfi. Moulded well. I needed a low front uet comfi for summer lowcut dresses or tshirts not so showing. I would buy any colour of this style. Fits your size exact too

My only problem with this lovely soft but supporting bra are the underwires which constantly seem to dig in and irritate when I’m seated although fine when standing. Wish someone could make a bra without underwiring but with the same support. 🙁

This plunge bra is extremely comfortable and I often forget that I'm wearing it. This is due to the very soft material that is soft to the touch, and the light padding, overall making this a great choice for an everyday bra. It's so soft that I find myself grabbing my boobs just because of how nice the material is.
I was surprised that this plunge bra supported and covered me as well as it does, because due to the nature of shallow breasts, balconette and half-cup bras are the best style due to the open top. However this bra has wide wires and a side sling which helps enclose the breasts and bring them forward, so you have the support that you need with no gapping.
The light padding doesn't drastically alter the shape of the breasts, but if you want a more rounded appearance or to hide your nipples then this does the job.
Another amazing aspect of this bra is the racerback configuration which is achieved by crossing the straps at the back. If you have wide breasts then this may be a game-changer for you. I found that wearing the bra in this way enhances the comfort because due to the width of my breasts, the straps can dig into my armpits, however by crossing the straps they are instead moved away from my armpits, allowing me to comfortable cross my arms.
If you have wide breasts then you will also find that the racerback configuration makes sleeveless clothing more aesthetically pleasing because the straps are no longer visible. This is also true for women who have narrow shoulders or struggle with the straps falling down.
As a bra for shallow breasts I would recommend it, as this is now my favourite bra. For those who want a comfortable everyday bra, I also think that this is a great choice due to the soft material and superb construction that ultimately gives good lift and a flattering appearance in clothing.

I was looking for an alternative to a tshirt bra and tried Niya and Satine. I felt Satine was too 'bulky' whereas Niya feels more lined than adding extra padding and looks great under clothes without enhancing. I find it really difficult finding a bra with a low centre as any wires too high really irritate but this bra is perfect and is also supportive and comfortable. I purchased my usual size which is a little on the smaller side but not too small. For reference, the Satine was smaller, had to go up to 32FF in that bra.

Looks a lovely bra but just doesn't fit my smaller breast and gapes rather than hugs my chest.

Love the Niya. It is so comfortable to wear and moulds great to my shape. I feel so secure in my 30ff cup and is a great t-shirt bra. Would love it in more colours. Definitely a wardrobe staple.

This bra fit me well to begin with but it became very unsupportive very quickly. If I moved too much in this bra, I would spill out, which has made it unwearable. Regretting I bought in 2 colours! Just reordered Jasmine bra which is much more supportive.
