How do you know if your bra fits right?

How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.

Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.

How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

I’ve never owned a sleep bra before, but this is so comfortable. I can be comfortable at the end of the day, but still walk to the kitchen decently when my son has friends over.A tremendous help

I bought this sleep bra just before major surgery, when I knew that I would be living in my night clothes for a number of days. Being big boobed, I hoped it might make me feel more comfortable while walking around and resting in bed. It proved to be a godsend. The nurse who helped me put it on the day after the operation was very impressed and commented that she could immediately see how it helped to relieve pressure on my upper abdomen wound. Obviously it does not provide the same support as a normal bra, but sufficient to make me feel comfortable when both standing and lying down.All good
