Did you know we don't use tape measures at Bravissimo? Instead we fit by eye as knowing how a bra should look and feel is the best way to find your most comfortable fit - here's how…
How do you know if your bra fits right?
1
How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.
2
Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.
3
How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

I bought one of these bras a few years ago for wearing when gardening, as I found the end of the wire in an underwired bra was digging in under my arm after lots of trowelling. When I had a "lumpectomy" recently I was told to wear a "supportive, non-wired, sports-type bra day and night for 4 weeks". So I got another one so I'd got one to wear while I washed and dried the other. They've been very good - a bit tight round the chest, but I guess you need that to get the support without the wires. Nice and smooth inside the cups.

I find this bra supportive & comfortable, plus I can breathe in it! I enjoy a Tai Chi class & a dance/exercise class & it is perfect for both. ALL the previous unwired bras have been impossible to get on over my head & boobs, the underwired ones are just too restrictive around my ribs. I am immensely relieved to have bought this style from you.

It’s the same as the wired version only somehow better. Packs easier for travelling cos no wires to consider so can therefore roll & pop into those smaller awkward spaces that are always left over in a suitcase. 🙃

I usually wear the Panache wired sports bra, as my every day bra as they are comfortable, but I saw that they did a non-wired version. These are even more comfortable and just as supportive. My only wish is that they make them in white or nude, as I can't wear the patterned bra under some of my lighter clothing.

Unfortunately I returned this item . I asked for advice re sizing before . When ordering and went up one back size and cup size. There is a huge difference in the cup size between a 30ff and a 32 ff.
I was needing the middle hook on trying on and the cup was very big.
My current 30ff fits well in the back but is rubbing on one side where the cup is too small.
I really need a personal fitting but the Belfast store is closed.
Great bra and would buy again if I could get fitted.
