Did you know we don't use tape measures at Bravissimo? Instead we fit by eye as knowing how a bra should look and feel is the best way to find your most comfortable fit - here's how…
How do you know if your bra fits right?
1
How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.
2
Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.
3
How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

I was looking for a comfortable nursing bra but ended up returning this ..it's not comfortable and not worth the price. No side support. Believe the bad reviews and do not buy this if you have big boobs..very overpriced bra and it kinda runs small

Love the feel of this bra - the fabric was so soft. But unfortunately without wires my heavy boobs put too much strain on the shoulder straps and it was uncomfortable. Also it rolled up at the sides/back panels.
Such a shame, but for anyone with less heavy boobs it would be a really comfy bra I'm sure.

A non-wired bra that’s supportive, shapes and separates your boobs and doesn’t give you a mono boob? Sounds amazing and too good to be true, which it was. First, the band: I wear 28/30 for the band and this was slightly too big on me. Those with smaller frames, beware. Second: one of the reviewers mentioned the crossover design being a problem because it means one boob is more supported than the other, and she was right. It also gives your boobs completely different shapes and hence makes it look lopsided. Third: shape/fit. I have close set boobs and these more than most bras really pushed my boobs to the side. Definitely an East-west fit, not forward facing. Fourth: support. Compared to the Flora, which is good to go out and about in, this was pretty bad. It’s strictly suitable for home wear since I was bouncing a lot. I feel like the ‘cup’ and strap being 1 whole piece really lessens the support.

Bought these at the start of lockdown and never looked back. Shape is great and being older there are no wires to cause discomfort.

I tried this on with the help of the lovely ladies in the Oxford store but after a few hours the strap seems to fold in on itself and digs on on the top of the left shoulder right where the material and pieces join which is a common situation with bras. So this means you end up with seams and thick material congregating and causing a lot of discomfort.

I ordered this in my usual size with some online advice and found the band and straps to be very tight so re ordered. Straps are still a bit tight if I want my boobs to be up so you can see the band and supported so to speak but dig in if I leave them like that so have adjusted to make them comfy, this means my boobs are more where they naturally fall. Good for a sleep bra and at home or a dash to the shops and it is really comfy, just think sizing is a bit off so would have been better with a face to face fitting. Sadly they shut my nearest shop
