Did you know we don't use tape measures at Bravissimo? Instead we fit by eye as knowing how a bra should look and feel is the best way to find your most comfortable fit - here's how…
How do you know if your bra fits right?
1
How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.
2
Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.
3
How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

Having a larger chest the last thing I want is a full stretch cup with no shape. I’ve been wearing Freya for 20 years and always have loved their balconette and full cups for decades but this new style of full stretch lace is horrible. I can imagine anyone wanting their larger chest to look look worse then laying down flat with no bra on

Pretty design and useful to have pale colours under certain clothes. Nice fit and detail design at side panels. Perhaps not quite as strong at the side as some other styles for those of us who need firm support.

This bra is very pretty & it is very soft but it is extremely stretchy!
It is true to size regarding the back & cups but not the straps, the straps seem way too long. I have them tightened up so the clips sit on my shoulders because they seem so loose, also it has the 'weird' clip to make it racer back but I couldn't wear it this way if I wanted too as it sits on the top of my shoulder, I'd have to wear it on the front!
It is not as supportive as other Freya bras either.
Overall, as a long standing Freya customer, I expect more than the quality of this item.
