I have just had a lumpectomy and bought this bra to take in to the hospital for wearing after my surgery. I washed it first, which actually also makes the fabric a wee bit more supple for doing up the front fastening. It fits comfortably and fully supports and keeps the breast from moving too much, and compressed just enough to prevent too much swelling. I am using it without the padded inserts. It is so comfortable I was well able to sleep with it on. I noticed someone commented here that they wished the shoulder straps were adjustable...well they are, but to be honest I thought they weren't until my husband spotted that the metal hooks at the front of the straps can slide out and the black ribbon attached to the front surface of the straps is actually sewn in such a way as to create incremental gaps for the hook to be put into...so the straps are adjustable after all! I have ordered another one today as I want to be able to wear one while the other is being washed. Very good quality and although pricey, I got the VAT back on both bras due to having had surgery (just fill in the form when you buy one) that saved me £11.60 off each bra. I'm happy with the shape it gives me with my clothing, and will definitely keep wearing this bra later down the road for when I am working at gardening, as it's so comfy. Im a 36FF and bought the Large.

This is really soft and very comfortable, especially when everything was so sore post-surgery. It wasn't quite supportive enough for me to wear all the time bit was great for night time and lounging at home. I felt the straps needed more room for adjustment too

No give or shape whatsoever. And very poor quality for the high price it was. Very disappointed

Been struggling to get a tight bra to wear after my recent double mastectomy. I have big (now fake) boobs and a small back size, so most don't fit. This bra is very comfortable and tight at the same time, which is important to prevent fluid build up. Looks great under my clothes too as most post mastectomy bras are racer back style and show at the neckline, whereas this is more like a normal bra. To improve yet further would have liked adjustable shoulder straps. Would definitely recommend this as a post operative bra as its so comfy and you have to wear it 24/7, even at night. Love the front fastening with hook and eye as I can't deal with those pesky zips and the fabric has a really nice light feel to it.
