Did you know we don't use tape measures at Bravissimo? Instead we fit by eye as knowing how a bra should look and feel is the best way to find your most comfortable fit - here's how…
How do you know if your bra fits right?
1
How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.
2
Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.
3
How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

Very flattering. Extremely difficult to do the clips up though particularly the top one. I needed help? Cup size is very generous - def go down a size on that.

Only 4 star, because even at Bravissimo a swim suit for large boobs assumes you are tall and have large legs. What fits me on top makes it long and too gappy at the legs. After paying £64 for the suit I had to pay a further £15 for alterations.

I really wanted to like this swimsuit; so much so, that I tried it in 3 different sizes. I’m usually a bra size 36F but going on the feedback that these come up large, I tried 36E, 34E and 36F but none of then fit well enough (36E was probably the closest) but it was SO fiddly to get on and off it made me cross! Also, the fabric around the front arm holes had weird gathers/ruching that looked strange and I don’t think were meant to be a design feature! I liked the overall design with the higher neckline and zip and the back shape was nice but sadly, the negatives far outweighed the positives.

Not a great fit and far to difficult to do up. I wish I could find a supportive swimsuit that can be put on and taken off with ease. I swim in rivers and lakes faffing to get changed after is not an option.
