Did you know we don't use tape measures at Bravissimo? Instead we fit by eye as knowing how a bra should look and feel is the best way to find your most comfortable fit - here's how…
How do you know if your bra fits right?
1
How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.
2
Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.
3
How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

Like the breathable cups, just not the bra for me3 out of 5 stars

What I really did like about this bra is that it has the look and shaping of a fully padded bra while still feeling lightweight and breathable, however, the shape of the cups & fit overall just wasn’t right for me. This bra felt like it was pushing my boobs apart and up into my arm pits and I also had a ton of spillover under my arm pits. The cup sizing may have been a bit small, but even with a larger cup size I just don’t think it’s the right shape/fit for my body. I got this in a 36FF (36H US) for reference which is my typical size in Freya & Bravissimo brands.

Really good service, found perfect fit but after wearing 30mins excess nylon cotton began to irritate and cause a slight rash. Once back home managed to cut off excess so hopefully it will not fall apart now!

I have bras like this from M&S that suit my needs much better. The formed cup is too inflexible and does not accommodate the shape of my breasts at the top where I have lost fat due to my age. Consequently the top of the cup is empty and baggy. For a teeshirt bra this is not a good look! I have similar M&S bras that form around my shape. Disappointing as I travelled to an outlet for a fitting to find a better bra, and paid much more for this bra than I usually do.

This bra is really comfortable and gives great support. Minimal padding too. Have ordered 3 more!
