This is a great little item which works well

I bought these because my bra strap kept sliding off my left shoulder. The cushion kept the bra strap in place but I ended up with a rash.

I bought these to wear with my sports bra to avoid the (apparently) inevitable wounds from any sports bra I ever wear for running. At first it seemed to be the answer I had been looking for, but after a few runs I found that after a few miles the silicon cushions slide down the front and just sit there doing nothing. I think it happens when you get sweaty (which is sort of the point of exercising), so I cannot recommend them for wearing with sports bras as for that purpose the cushion needs to be of a cloth material to avoid slipping. If you push them back they very quickly slip down again. However, they may work fine for day to day use as long as you don’t get sweaty. As I only bought for sports purposes I have not tested that.

Brilliant design, has stopped me from repeatedly hooking up my left side strap where my shoulder is lower yet my bosom larger so shortening strap didn't work. Thanks to your in- store consultant for her advice!

Love the fact that they do prevent my straps from slipping but feel they could be a bit slimmer, they are very wide and can be seen with a boat neck sweater. Also they should be in black as well.

These are good for stopping straps slipping. They are so hard to get in place in the first place. Once they are on they are ok. Not so nice to wear in the warm weather.

I would definitely recommend the Bra strap pads as an aid to keeping the straps in the right place. I did find them a little uncomfortable in the recent warm weather but as that didn’t last too long they were soon back in use. Very easy to wash and dry too.
