How do you know if your bra fits right?

How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.

Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.

How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

I actually bought this non-wired sports bra to wear after breast surgery, I was told I needed something to provide a little bit of compression, this bra was amazing. Came up true to size ( I'm a 34 FF), really supportive ( i had to wear it 24/ 7 for 3 whole weeks!) , I was able to sleep soundly from the day I got home as it held me totally in place, no moving around, it dried really quickly and it's attractive design meant if it was on show ( it is high at the front, up to collar bones) it looked good. I highly recommend this bra, it was brilliant for what I needed and in a couple of weeks when I am allowed to return to high impact exercise I will have no hesitation in reaching for it for this too. The only slight downside was getting into it by myself, with it's firm structure ( not overly stretchy), slippery fabric and 4 hooks at the back it's a bit of an effort but it can be done ( or you can ask a friend ! 😉)Highly recommend
