How do you know if your bra fits right?

How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.

Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.

How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

Good for yoga due to the position in which it holds your boobs. It forces them high in the centre and keeps them there for the varied yoga positions. In other ordinary sports bras, many yoga positions cause your boobs to fall out in the front which can be very distracting. Although the position looks odd when you look down at your chest it is less so when viewed by someone else.Good

I do like how this looks and the main body feels very secure and good material, however the band at the bottom is very flimsy and doesn't provide the final hold, and the 4 x hooks are really tricky to align. Not easy to put on with the straps crossed although it's a nice option. The size is very strange also, I had to send back a couple of times. Sorry, not one to recommend.Greatsupport
