How do you know if your bra fits right?

How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.

Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.

How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups โ a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

I have never found a sports bra before that has actually made me feel like my boobs are not just one big squashed together sweaty mound of flesh!! So actually never worn one - BUT this has changed everything. Keeps your boobs separated and so doesnโt feel too different to a normal bra but with much more support. Really great product. Works for me anyway 32GG. Love it ๐Too big

This bra is my all-time favourite sports bra. I first bought it many years ago when I was a 30H and it fit perfectly. It lasted me many years, but eventually it got old, so I bought a new one. Over time, I lost weight, so my current bra is a little too big for me, but I still wear it. Made the mistake of then getting a new one in a 30FF which is too small for me - someone recommended I get the size down as they come up big - but I think I could comfortably fit into my current regular size (30G).
