Did you know we don't use tape measures at Bravissimo? Instead we fit by eye as knowing how a bra should look and feel is the best way to find your most comfortable fit - here's how…
How do you know if your bra fits right?
1
How should your band fit?
Most of the support comes from the underband. It should be horizontal around your body without riding up or digging in. We recommend fastening a new bra on its loosest hooks so that you can tighten it if it stretches over time.
2
Where should the underwire of a bra sit?
The underwires in your bra should sit flat on your ribcage (not your boob!) all the way round to your armpits. The wires between your boobs should lie flat against your chest without digging in, rubbing or poking out.
3
How should a bra cup fit?
Make sure your boobs are fully in the cups – a bit of a scoop, wiggle and jiggle usually does the trick! You should fill the cups without any bulging or wrinkling even in a lower-cut style and there should be a smooth line, with no ridge, where the top and the side of the fabric ends.

This is the most comfortable and effective sports bra I've ever owned - and it does stand up well to a combination of trampoline gymnastics and dance. I have, however, run into the same problem as other reviewers with the underwires coming out. (In the middle of class, which was both inconvenient and painful!) For a bra which gets worn perhaps 8-10 hours per week, is handwashed and cost £35, I really expected it to last a great deal longer than it did.
I will probably buy another one, because until it broke, it was great. It seems this is an issue with this bra, and not just for me, so I really hope it's been resolved!

After more than 30 years of wearing bras with thin straps, I now have ridges in my shoulders and was looking for a bra for every day use with wider straps to 'spread the load a little'.
'What I need,' I said to my husband, 'is a sort of underwired bolero tank top'.
I have always been able to rely on Bravissimo to help me out ever since the brand was first established. I looked on your website and there it was: the Panache Sports bra!
Comfortable, supportive, stylish in a sporty kind of way and what a great line it gives - like implants on the outside! This bra is too good to be worn only for sport. The wider, cushioned but not at all Granny-looking straps are under no strain due to the (well worth the money) engineering in the rest of the bra. I notice it has given me better posture and I literally feel as though a weight has been lifted off my shoulders!
I am gradually building up a collection and am pleased at the good range of colours too.

Absolutely the best ever - after 30 years of keeping fit with 32GG chest at last a sports bra that works. When are you going to make sports tops for running?

Bought this as so many reviews said it was the ultimate sports bra. I'm breastfeeding and so really need support during sports. Underwire came out after first wear. Wished i'd read more reviews as this seems to have happened to a few people. It seems to have worked itself through the fabric during exercise. Extraordinary. Very poorly made. Don't buy.

Without a doubt, this is the best sports bra I have owned. I found it true to size, extremely comfortable and very supportive. I have used it for boxercise, Zumba and jogging and it reduces bounce to such a degree that I don't think about it at all when moving about. It gives a far more flattering fit than other sports bras I have tried and has none of the 1960's pointy boobs under your armpits thing going on that some non-wired sports bras suffer from (e.g. Freya Active).

I am size 32 GG and I found this bra to be so comfy that I wear it every day at work but the sim came out after 2 weeks , even before I wash the bras ( although I wash them by hand) , So Bravissimo please pass on this comment to Panache there is surely something wrong with these sport bra that the sim comes out from the front top of the bra towards your neck!
I would have bought them if it wasn't for this fault. Please Please sort it out!

I bought this in my usual size, 32G, but it was too small. The straps at the back was sooo tight it hurt and was hard to breathe. I needed help to put them together. Sent it back for a bigger size. Don't know if anyone else had a problem with that. Besides that I think it's going to be a great sports bra. Felt like it had great support. Hoping for the best!
