Whether you've taken advice from one of our bra fitters or ordered your usual bra size online, it's important that you feel your purchase is comfortable and supportive. Try it on for a few hours and see how it feels, if it’s too uncomfortable or you don’t like it for any reason, take it off and get in touch, we offer free fitting advice, free returns, and free exchanges, to help you find your most comfortable fit.
RETURNS FROM THE US
We offer FREE 60-day returns within the US for both online and in-store purchases.
Returns are simple, return the items to us, with all labels intact, within 60 days. Sale items are 21 days. This is completely free when you use the freepost label included in your order.
All returns need to make their way back to our UK warehouse, so we’ll do our best to process your exchange or refund within 20 days of you posting your order back to us.
To speed up your return reaching us, you can use our online returns portal here.
Within your order, you will find an invoice with a free returns label, and instructions. Peel off the return address sticker from the invoice & let us know on your paperwork why you’re sending them back. We’ll drop you an email once your refund has been processed.
Exchange your order (it’s free!)
This can be done by calling +1 877 826 3857, using our Live Chat, or by email.
We'll ask you to confirm the delivery address for the exchange order, and then we'll hold the stock for you until your returned parcel has been received and processed.
If you use our returns portal your exchange order can take 2 weeks.
If you choose not to use our returns portal, your exchange order can take 3-4 weeks to get back to you, this is because your return needs to make its way back to our UK warehouse before we can process the exchange order.
If you would like to have your items more quickly, we recommend placing another order while you wait for your refund. If you do this via the website you will need to pay for shipping, but if you call us to place your order, explaining you are sending a return, we will provide free shipping (unfortunately we cannot offer this service via the website at this time).
Lingerie briefs, bodies, swimwear bottoms and swimsuits
We are more than happy for you to try on any lingerie briefs, bodies or swimwear to see how they fit and look, however we do ask that you please try these items on over your own underwear in the interests of both health and hygiene. If you need to return them for any reason we are able to accept them as long as they are unworn and still have the tags and any hygiene stickers in place. Occasionally, we sell items that cannot be returned - when this is the case, this is clearly stated within the product information. This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.
