Hello! A big warm welcome from the Cardiff team, where our main aim is that you leave our shop feeling uplifted! Our shop opening hours have temporarily changed, you will find our opening times below. We’re really looking forward to seeing you in store soon, where you can try on our beautiful selection of bras, underwear, swimwear, and so much more!
We welcome walk-in fittings, but there may be a wait during our busy times. If you are short of time, or you’d like to be more planned, you can book ahead by giving us a call on 02920 231266. Alternatively, if you’re calling outside of shop opening hours, you can give our Customer Services team a call on 01926 459 859. We love to ensure everyone who visits us has the time they need to have the most uplifting experience so we’ll make every effort to see you quickly, but there may be a short wait in our cosy Bravissimo lounge area.

How to find us
We are in the city center, on the lower floor of Queens Arcade Shopping Centre. We are a five minute walk (keep going in a straight line!) from the St David's Centre entrance to John Lewis.
Local information
Car parking: There are lots of car parks around the city center including NCP's on Greyfriars Road and Westgate Street; both are 5 minutes' walk from the shop.
Trains and buses: Most buses in Cardiff serve the city center. The nearest bus stop to the store is opposite the Hilton Hotel on Kingsway. Alternatively, Westgate Street or Churchill Way are just few minutes' walk away. Local train services come into Queen Street station, which is 5 minutes away. Trains from outside the local area come into Cardiff Central station which is a 10 minute walk from the shop.
Accessibility : Our shops are all unique, just like our customers and we want to do all we can to help everyone have the best experience with us. We hope that having the following information will make it easier for you to plan your visit to us: flat entrance on upper floor of a shopping centre which has lift access, double front door, accessible fitting room, accessible payment terminal and lift in store. Please call ahead to store management for our team to help you in any of the following languages: Arabic, German and Welsh.
Across all of our shops we can support you if you’d like to visit at a quieter time, book in with a fitter you feel comfortable with or be fitted away from other customers. We also do virtual fittings if that would work better for you.

Maternity and nursing: Our fitters are trained in maternity and nursing bra fittings and are incredibly patient with new mums. We understand and expect interruptions and are happy to work around you and your baby. Our shop has a large fitting room big enough for your pushchair and to breastfeed in store if you would like.
Baby changing: The nearest toilets/baby changing facilities are in St David's Centre just behind Soho Coffee.
Nearest Shops: Bath, Cheltenham, Oxford
