Our team look after all of the stock that comes into the business. They process new stock from our suppliers, maintain healthy relationships with our couriers, and process every single order that goes to our global community of customers. Our warehouse team are also responsible for ensuring that each of our stores, both in the UK and the US, are well stocked so that our customers always have choice and availability in their size.
Meet Some of the Team
LeanneDepartment Manager
I work alongside my team to help fulfil our customers’ needs by processing returned items in a timely manner, whether that is a return or an exchange. I also share any feedback from our customers to the wider business, this allows us to connect closely with our customers. I love working at Bravissimo because I believe in its values, we listen to what our customers want and that is a fantastic trait to have.
BalWarehouse Processor
I love my job! I've been here for a few years now and I am multi-skilled across all areas of the warehouse and able to support all of the different functions that contribute to giving our customers a great experience. I love the varied work and I get to interact with a lot of different people each day!
FinlayTeam Leader
My role is handling the day-to-day operations of customer orders. This involves working with my team and supporting them, answering any queries, along with lots of other tasks! I love working in the warehouse as the team are all very supportive of each other and I love how Bravissimo has helped so many people feel better about their own bodies - its so nice to be a part of!
