These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to any prize draw carried out by Bravissimo Ltd, Bravissimo HQ, Athena Drive, Tachbrook Park, Warwick, CV34 6RQ (“Bravissimo”) via our website and social media including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

1. Eligibility

To participate in a prize draw you must satisfy the following:
The prize draw is open worldwide
You must be at least 16 years old as of the date of entry;
You are not permitted to enter the draw if you are an employee of Bravissimo, their direct family member or agent, or if you are otherwise professionally connected with the prize draw;
You must agree to and comply with these T&Cs; if you do not agree and/or comply you will not be eligible to participate and will be disqualified.

2. How to enter

To enter a prize draw you will need to:
Have or gain internet access;
Enter between the start time and end time as set forth on the applicable entry on the Social Media post ("Entry Period");
You must complete all required steps explicitly stated on the Social Media post, within the Entry Period.
Your entry will be automatically submitted to Bravissimo upon completion.
Entry is always free (no purchase or payment necessary).

3. Disqualification

Bravissimo reserves the right to disqualify any entry made in breach of these terms and conditions or acting dishonestly, including (without limitation) by manipulating codes, generating multiple entries or submitting false information.
Late or incomplete entries which do not satisfy these terms and conditions will be disqualified and not be entered into the prize draw.
Non-winning entries in one prize draw will not be carried over into any other prize draw.
Bravissimo is not responsible for entries that we do not receive for any reason, or for entries that we receive but are not decipherable for any reason.

4. Winner selection

All eligible entrants’ names will be placed in a draw and one winner will be selected at random after the Entry Period.
If the competition is based on the most liked comment, Bravissimo's like will not count.
Within 7 days following the end of an Entry Period, the Winner for the prize will be chosen, Bravissimo’s decision as to the winner is final.
The Winner will be notified by Bravissimo via comment on the social media platform that they made their entry (“Prize Notification”). For example, if you entered the prize draw via Instagram, you will be contacted by a comment on Instagram.
The winner will be asked to confirm their full name, age, postal address, email address and telephone number to claim the prize(s) and provide proof of identity where necessary.
We reserve the right to disqualify the winner from the prize draw if you are unable to provide such details.
Bravissimo reserves the right to determine an alternate method of notification shall it be required.
The Winner must claim the applicable prize within 7 days after the Prize Notification.
If the prize(s) is unclaimed after the time specified, Bravissimo reserves the right to offer the prize(s) to another winner selected in accordance with these terms.
If for any reason the winner chooses not to take up the prize or any part of the prize, we reserve the right to ask the winner to confirm this in writing and we will be able to retain or dispose of the prize (or part of the prize) at our own discretion.

5. Prizes

The winner ("Winner") will be selected in accordance with these T&Cs to receive the prize(s) as set forth on the applicable entry on the Social Media post.
All details regarding redemption of the prize(s) are at Bravissimo’s sole discretion and will be provided at the time of notification.
In no event shall Bravissimo be obligated to award any prizes other than the prizes specified on the applicable entry on the Social Media post.
The prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions (including, without limitation, for cash) are permitted, unless otherwise agreed in writing by us.
The prize(s) cannot be redeemed for cash, cash alternative or any other form of compensation.
The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred.
Bravissimo reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of the same or greater value.
If the Winner is unable to accept the prize or any portion of the prize for any reason, Bravissimo shall have no further obligation to the Winner.

By entering this Prize Draw you agree that we may hold and use your personal data (including without limitation your social media handle, name, date of birth, email address, postal address and telephone number) for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw.
Bravissimo is bound by the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018 and will use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy including where necessary, to the transfer of your personal data outside the European Economic Area.
Where you are the winner, you agree we may disclose your name and country of residence to other entrants of this Prize Draw.

7. General conditions

By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these T&Cs.
An entrant may be disqualified from a prize draw if they fail to comply with each provision of these T&Cs, as determined in the sole discretion of Bravissimo.
Participation in a prize draw is at entrant's own risk.
If for any reason any aspect of a prize draw is not capable of running as planned, or there is any cause beyond Bravissimo’s control which affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, then Bravissimo may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or any affected entries without further notice.
