What are the postage options for items ordered online?

UK Standard Delivery - £5
UK Express Delivery - £7.50
UK Special Delivery - £9.50

Europe Standard Delivery - £6
Europe Tracked Delivery - £8
Rest of the World Standard Delivery - £10
Rest of the World Tracked Delivery - £12

We will only charge you postage once per order, no matter how many parcels we send to you.

How long will my order take to reach me?

To see how quickly an item could be delivered to you, simply select the size you'd like to order and you will see the estimated timescale for that item.

The delivery time is also shown for each item when you get to your shopping bag. Just to mention these timescales are based on deliveries within the UK taking 2-5 days.

Customers in Europe should allow 10-12 days for a parcel to arrive and customers outside Europe should allow 12-16 days.

How can I track my order?

When we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched.

For UK orders, you will find a Royal Mail tracking number in the email. You can use Royal Mail's tracking service to find out the status of your delivery. International orders do not have a tracking number.

Can I change the delivery address on the order I have just placed?

We try to be speedy on sending your order so sometimes may not be able to change the delivery address, however please always ask and we will do our very best to help.

You can contact our Customer Services Team by calling them on 01926 459 859. We will be happy to check if we can change the delivery address for you.

Do you offer a next day delivery service?

Yes, we offer next day delivery within the UK using Royal Mail's Special Delivery service. Your order will arrive the next working day before 1pm, if ordered before 4:05pm. This service is only available to UK delivery addresses.

  • If you place your order after 4:05pm, please allow 1 additional working day for delivery.

  • A signature is required upon delivery.

  • Only items that are in stock in our warehouse can be sent via Special Delivery. If your order contains items that need to be recalled from one of our shops, these items will be sent separately to you. You will not incur any additional charges for any additional parcels.

How quickly can I get my order to an address outside of the UK?

We post all orders to addresses outside of the UK by First Class Air Mail. Customers in Europe should allow 10-12 days for a parcel to arrive and customers outside Europe should allow 12-16 days. You will get an email once your order has ben shipped.

Can you send my order by courier?

Unfortunately, we do not use a courier service to post our parcels, however we always make sure parcels are sent as quickly as possible with Royal Mail.

Can I have my parcel delivered to a different address?

Yes of course you can. You can do this by adding a delivery address when placing the order on our website or by requesting this when you call us to place your order.

What do I do if my parcel doesn’t arrive?

We are pleased to say nearly all our parcels arrive safely and on time (please see our Delivery page for how long your order should take to reach you), however there are a few occasions where this isn’t the case. If this happens, please don’t worry, simply contact our Customer Services team by calling them on 01926459859.

Will my parcel fit through my letterbox?

We want to make sure all your items reach you in perfect condition, so when we pack them we take care not to squash them. We always use the smallest box possible to make sure as many parcels as possible fit through letterboxes. If your parcel doesn’t fit through your letterbox and no one is at home to receive the parcel, it may need to be collected from your local Royal Mail sorting office. You will be left a calling card, which will tell you where and when you can collect the parcel. If you’d prefer, we can send your parcel to a different delivery address. You can do this either by requesting this when placing your order or if you have already placed the order please call us on 01926459859 as soon as possible and if we can change the delivery address before it is posted, we are more than happy to do this.

What counts as a "safe place"?

When choosing our Standard and Express delivery options, you can nominate a "safe place" at checkout. This is a place where the postman/woman will leave your parcel if you are not in. This can be any secure, weatherproof area of the delivery address that is easily accessible for delivery. Alternatively, you can nominate a neighbour to receive delivery on your behalf. Items are left in nominated safe places at your postman/woman's discretion. You can opt out of this Royal Mail service here.

Will my parcel incur customs or import duty?

If you live outside the UK, local customs or import duties may be charged when your parcel reaches your country. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and no way to predict how much they may be. You may be able to get more information directly from the Customs & Excise office in your country.

Which countries do you deliver to?

From our American website (Bravissimo.com/US) we only deliver to US addresses.

From our international webiste (Bravissimo.com) we deliver to all the countries shown in the list below. If your country is not shown please contact our Customer Services Team by calling us on 01926459859.

Do you send parcels to BFPO addresses?

Yes we are happy to send your parcel to you through the BFPO (British Forces Post Office). Orders will be sent to the BFPO address you provide and postage is just £4 per order.

Will you let me know the status of my order?

We always try to keep you updated on the status of your order so we will send you an email, confirming your order has been received, despatched or returned, or if we need to update you on items in your order at all.

I have ordered a matching set and the top is not in stock to send straightaway, will you send the bottoms separately first?

We'll only send out matching accessories when we have the top ready to send too. This means you will receive the whole set, rather than just the bottoms.

What if I am not in when you try to deliver the parcel?

All deliveries are with Royal Mail, so if you are not home and the parcel needs a signature or won’t fit through your letterbox, your post man or woman will leave a card, which will tell you where and when you can collect the parcel.

I wanted all my items in the same parcel but some items have a longer estimated delivery time?

We hope to have the items you want in stock at our Warehouse, ready to post straight out to you but some items may either just be coming into stock or be in stock at one of our stores. You can select to have all items in one parcel by selecting ‘Single Package’ at the checkout and this means we will wait until all items on this order are ready to post from the Warehouse. Alternatively we can send the items we have in stock now and then post the others as they come into stock and this still will only cost one delivery charge, whether we post one or multiple parcels.

Can I leave instructions detailing where I want the parcel left if I am not home?

Yes, you can, when using both our standard and express delivery services. Just pop your safe place information in the text box you'll see when selecting your delivery options at checkout.

Can I collect my order from my local Bravissimo shop?

We offer a Click and Collect service, so you can choose to pay for your order online and then have your order delivered to one of our shops. You just need to add items to your shopping bag and then when you get to the checkout you can select to have your order delivered to a store. Delivery via click and collect takes 2-5 working days and we will email to let you know when your parcel has arrived and is ready for collection.

Can I return something and reserve another item in exchange?

All returns in the UK are free and you will find a freepost returns address label to use in your order box (if you can't find it, don't worry, you can create one here, or call us on 01926 459 859.

If you’d like to place an exchange order you can do this by contacting our Customer Services team by calling us on 01926 459 859. We will take all the details of the items you’d like in exchange and we’ll be happy to reserve them for you while we wait for your returns to arrive at our warehouse. Alternatively, you can fill in the details on the returns form and we’ll place the exchange order when we receive your paperwork.

It’s really important to us that you feel comfortable in the bras that you buy from us so, if once you’ve worn a new bra, you find it uncomfortable or you’re not happy with it for any reason, please stop wearing it and get in touch with us so that we can suggest an alternative size or style. Can you post my order in discreet packaging?

Yes, we can! At checkout, simply select "View Additional Delivery Options" and opt to have your package sent private and confidential. Your order will arrive in a plain box - ideal for deliveries going workplaces or shared buildings!
